THE CHOUCROUTE FESTIVAL!
Last year, Les Halles had a month dedicated to the cultural delicacy of choucroute. This year, we think it deserves its own festival! From the 11th to the 29th of February, swing by Les Halles and celebrate the traditional Alsatian dish of sauerkraut and various meats. It’s choucroute season, so come revel in our menu.

Discover what happens when the break-out new show Chef Hunter stops into Les Halles’ downtown spot with an intense competition for two candidate chefs to run a dinner service. Les Halles’ proprietor Philippe Lajaunie and Corporate Chef Carlos Llaguno judge the contest and the winner will earn a job as Les Halles’ new Chef de Cuisine at the downtown location.
